Its not functional at all. You need to upgrade it with a complete eservices options to serve clients. You should minimize the need for going to branches to get bills or services as same as competitors. Besides, making the bill payment available via the app by credit cards would be a great feature.
Thats the worst app ever. WE NEED AN UPDATE.
